every moment is precious how it will be .....that is in our hands based on our thought process our happy ness is in our hands...so beware of it weather it could be in our hand or someone hand...

we should be depend on ourselves. we trust our interests and abilities .....when we will utilise our time

in productive way we get lot of energy from that ...our passion is our healer....not only this when we put our focus in any work  or any thing that will become a masterpiece..one day i went to mirchi field actually they cut the mirchi and dry in the surface we called it as in telugu { kallam} so all womens wore shirt and do their works in fully focused way ..they did not even put a songs ...they don"t have mobile

phone and they simply conditioned their surroundings more than they dont have watch..

i asked them  u people are doing lot of work hear ...this year mirchi rate is good or not? 

she said no amma... rate ok but we are having lot of struggles in this year ,and we don"t know what will happen....i said why you people more involved in agriculture you can do business and other works

so she replied no amma..from our childhood onwards we know only agriculture ...my husband involved in this i have to give my support to him and i like to do this work ....ok than u keep play some songs u people get relaxation ......no amma i don"t like to listen songs while working i used to sing songs .....or we speak with each other about issues.....in telugu they like to start {muchatlu} we keep listening songs we get distraction because our concentration will reduce and we have people around us why we require amma....

than how you know the time ..u have to know when you have lunchtime.....so she replied .....see maa

that neem tree is our time indicator ......that shade become middle of the field we go and eat lunch nature is our indicator ma....okay...u want any information about any thing ... what u will do......

simple...my husband will discuss with me and my children shares with me i have doubt i will ask...

i want to talk with others.. i will do before coming to this place or after went to home i will manage..

i don"t require gadgets i connect with my work ..environment...soooo work is worship to her..

next day sarayu ....my mothers made ....teaches me .....she had two small children ..she done his work in our home and she went to agriculture work..and come back to home and she cook delicious food to her husband and children ..she manages all house chore works...she made rangolis ..and decorate her house for new year eve .....o my god....she did all this things without hesitation and weakness...

some people appear in my mind ..and in front of my eyes...sometimes ...i will not handle all this things in appropriate way..i get some dissatisfaction from my family members....and i know...not only me you people also knows well......some people are very much lazy to do work..they postpone it and they always depends on others ....it"s so stupidity ....we have organs ..that to all  are working properly 

still we get lot of pains from so many areas it means we are not working .....not giving commands to our system..physically, mentally also.....

i waste a lot of time not to much time but i falow instagram reels so i stop to watch reals and 

i put my attention in my abilities like my guru ....i must say to myself  it" come from my heart and brain  minimal usage of mobile gives a lot to us{ when it requires we will use it.}.......i get..sorry i got mobile hesitation ..{.asceticism} i will involve in to my erich fromm books i will buy in this new year...

so irraspect of age .education.profession ..every person teaches valuable messages unfortunately we ignore so many issues ....that lady is seeing some thing from tree also .......we should indulge into nature we get lot of strength,heal,ideas,communication,a lot   ...this is true.....
